A selection of general information about products in our online shop. Further information is contained on the individual product pages. If there’s anything you need to know not included here, please get in touch.

  • Shipping costs are included in the prices in the online shop for deliveries within the UK. If you’re in the Swanage area you can order online and collect from our shop.

    If you need your item(s) in a hurry, please contact us prior to ordering and we can provide a price for express shipping.

    If you’d like to order items for delivery outside the UK, please contact us first.

  • Prices on the website, include shipping within the UK. If you’d like an item sending outside the UK, please contact us first, for a shipping quote.
  • Items will be dispatched within 3-5 days of your order. We use different services depending on the item(s). An expected shipping date will be provided following your order. We’ll also confirm when the item has shipped with estimated delivery times. 

  • If you receive an item that is damaged in shipping, please contact us before doing anything else.

    If you want to return your item for any reason, you can do so by sending it back to the shop. Providing the item is received in brand new condition, we will refund your purchase price. It will up to you to pay for the return postage.

  • The Swanage shop is generally open Mon – Sat, 10.30 – 4.30pm but if urgent or if you’re travelling from afar, please phone or email first.
